Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe


Ingredients 1. 2 cups shredded cabbage 2. ¼ or ½ cup chopped spring onions (scallions or onions) 3. ¼ to ½ cup grated carrot – optional 4. 3 tablespoon Veg Mayonnaise eggless or vegan 5. ½ teaspoon lemon juice or as required 6. 1 teaspoon sugar or as required 7. salt as required 8. black pepper as required

Instructions 1. In a mixing bowl, take the mayonnaise first. 2. Then add the lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. 3. Stir and mix well. 4. Then add the cabbage and spring onions. Mix again very well. 5. Serve or use the cabbage coleslaw in your sandwiches or burgers. 6. You can also refrigerate it for 2-3 days.
